Jake Schrom
President
Jake studied Business Administration at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. He grew up around construction, gaining hands-on experience working with his dad throughout high school and college.

Jake joined Kitchen, Baths, and More in 2014 as a part-time sales representative, quickly growing sales and transitioning to a full-time role in 2015. Today, he oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring customers receive exceptional service for their projects.

Troy Schrom
Founder
Troy is the owner and founder of Kitchen, Baths, and More. After his favorite sales representative retired in 2006, he recognized a need for quality service in the cabinet industry. Starting by supplying cabinets and countertops for his own construction projects, Troy soon began selling to other contractors.
​
Today, he continues to oversee the general direction of Kitchen, Baths, and More, ensuring the company stays committed to delivering excellent service.

Nathan Roberts
Accounting
Nathan studied Business Management at Southwest Minnesota State University and has been with Kitchen, Baths, and More since 2013. He manages the company’s accounting and finances, including bookkeeping, payroll, cost accounting, and accounts payable.
​
In addition to his financial responsibilities, Nathan oversees IT and human resources, supporting the team behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly.

Luke Carlson
General Manager
Luke joined the KBM team after eight years with Cambria, a quartz countertop manufacturing company. As General Manager, he oversees day-to-day operations, builds strong customer relationships, supports business development, and assists with design and builder-designer relations.​​​

Katelyn Flemming
Lead Interior Designer
Katelyn graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in the spring of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She joined KBM later that year, bringing with her a background in commercial design and architectural rendering. From a young age, she’s had a passion for home renovation and design, often spending her free time working on house projects and creative updates.

Her personal style leans toward mid-century modern and Scandinavian influences, with a love for neutral palettes and pops of greenery. That said, she takes pride in tailoring each project to reflect her clients’ unique tastes and lifestyles.​​​​

Ruth Mbuyi
Lead Interior Designer
Ruth graduated from Bethany Lutheran College in the spring of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and Studio Art, with an emphasis in Interior Design. She joined KBM in 2021, bringing with her a background in flooring, blinds, and kitchen and bath design.

She has a calm and kind presence that helps clients feel at ease and supported throughout the design process. Her personal style leans toward modern organic, with a focus on neutral tones and a cozy, lived-in look. That said, she takes pride in creating thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect each client’s unique style and needs.

Allison Sowers
Interior Designer
Allison graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She joined KBM in 2023 and has quickly made a remarkable impact with her unique design philosophy.
Her style embraces earthy tones and neutral palettes, often enhanced with pops of color that bring vibrancy and personality to each space. She takes pride in creating grounded, inviting environments that balance modern sensibilities with classic influences.
When she’s not designing, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with friends, going on walks, and shopping. She adapts confidently to diverse design challenges, tailoring each project to reflect her clients’ stories and lifestyles.

Tasha Martinez
Interior Designer
Tasha attended Alexandria Technical & Community College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Interior Design. She began her journey at KBM as an intern in 2023 and quickly transitioned into a full-time designer role, bringing her attention to detail and creative flair to the team.
​
Tasha grew up in Sleepy Eye, MN, as the middle child of eight. Her vibrant personality and infectious joy create a welcoming atmosphere that helps clients feel comfortable and engaged throughout the design process. Her personal design style is organic modern, though she excels at adapting to each client’s unique style and vision.

Outside of work, Tasha enjoys being outdoors, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Morgan Ebnet
Interior Design Intern
Morgan is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design at Iowa State University and will be entering her senior year. She joined KBM for the summer, bringing enthusiasm and fresh ideas to the team.
​
Morgan assists with space planning, product selection, and creating 3D renderings to help bring client visions to life. She’s excited to gain hands-on experience while supporting the design team throughout every phase of the process.

Alyssa Miller
Administrative Assistant
Alyssa joined the KBM team after seven years working as a business Administrative Assistant for a local church. In that role, she managed clerical support duties, handled weekly accounts payable tasks, and organized financial bookkeeping.

Alyssa grew up in southern Minnesota and currently resides in North Mankato. She supports the KBM team behind the scenes by managing day-to-day operations and reporting, helping ensure smooth processes and excellent service for our customers.

Abby Lewis
Business Development Representative
Abby brings years of experience in sales and business development, backed by a strong understanding of the industry. She is known for her community-focused approach and excels at building strong relationships with clients and partners.
